Exchange & Return Policy

At Teal Clothing, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. All the products are made to order, If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer hassle-free exchange and return options subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

• Items must be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Products purchased during promotional events and sales are not eligible for returns.

 

How to initiate Returns and Exchanges:

• Please contact our customer service team at tealclothing1@gmail.com or DM us @tealclothing.in to initate your exchange/return request.
• A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of return, refund amount will be issued in the form of store credit in 5-7 business days. 
• Merchandise can only be exchanged once.
• Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
• Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Custom made orders are non-returnable.
